Our Executive Chef

David DiStefano is a graduate of Newbury College. David has been cooking for 12 years. He began his culinary career in local area restaurants. He then went off to California and worked at the Ritz Carlton and then returned to work at the Ritz in Boston, MA. David has also worked for Pleasant Valley Country Club and the Beechwood Hotel. David's selected cuisine is clean, sharp and edgy.

 

Food is his passion and every dish shows it. It's a masterpiece!
